Many whales were spotted breaching and spraying as they came up for air. It was the peak migration season with some 30,000 whales heading up the eastern and western coasts of Australia for warmer waters to breed. Other marine life such as dolphins and seals were also spotted. There were some fun prizes and the day was completed with drinks at a local bar.
